Many cluster along a few famous streets: Kensington Palace Gardens (nicknamed "Embassy Row" and "Billionaires' Row" simultaneously), Belgrave Square, and the grand buildings around Trafalgar Square. This page maps out a self-guided walking tour of 20 of the most historically interesting embassies, plus three fun facts for every country.

Tip: The tour runs roughly south-east to north-west through central London before finishing in Nine Elms. Stops 1–5 (Trafalgar & Aldwych) and stops 11–16 (Belgravia) are especially walkable clusters.
